Core Description
Responsible for leading the business and process architecture team and function within the Business excellence. This includes the design and delivery of a process management capability that introduces a common standard, enablement KPIs, method & tools for BCX and monitoring alignment and maturity of the BCX business capability landscape and defining a continuous improvement roadmap Key Deliverables / Primary Functions
- Define and lead the implementation of the BCX process management method, related standards and tools, stipulating activities to be executed by process practitioners, in the management of the business process lifecycle
- Manage team business and process architecture team
- Setup and manage a process practitioner training programme and ensure that all process practitioners are trained on the BCX process management method, standards and tools, prior to delivering work to the business
- Setup and manage process management governance structures to facilitate process optimisations
- Setup and coordinate the BCX process management community of practice that ensures ongoing upskilling of process practitioners, across the organisation and facilitates knowledge sharing
- Incubate the BCX business process management tools and assets for commercialisation and position for client engagements, in collaboration with the core business teams
- Manage the BCX Business Capability Landscape:
- Define the business capability management framework and approach for BCX
- Lead the baseline business capability landscape definition
- Lead the definition of a capability assessment cadence and drive execution of the periodic assessments
- Responsible for articulation of new additions, enhancements, or exclusions to the capability landscape
- Explore opportunities to commercialise process services and to scale into a revenue generating capability for BCX
- Incorporating the use of key process management techniques like Lean Six Sigma
- Create and manage a business process community of practice to facilitate building of process management skills, standardisation of process documentation and process management tool usage across BCX
- Manage and iterate the BCX capability landscape to ensure that it caters for new, enhanced and phased out business capabilities

7 to 9 years experience in business and process architecture and analysis within an IT environment including exposure to ARIS or other Modelling tools. At least two years’ experience at a management level Certifications / Professional Registration Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Prince2 or PMBOK or equivalent Scrum Master Certification advantageous Special Requirements/ Employment Condition Work Characteristics Hybrid Remote worker
