**Core Description**:
Accountable for managing & delivering talent development, employee wellness, learning and development, employee growth solutions & programs across Openserve in support of the Openserve total HR strategy. This includes providing integrated aligned proactive solutions to building sustainable capability in areas including but not limited to talent, diversity etc to support business. Oversee the Talent Management function including end to end acquisition, succession planning and talent development.

**Responsibilities**:
Lead the Talent Sourcing/ Acquisition, Employee Growth and L&D team
Managing employer marketing and branding, developing recruiting and on-boarding strategies and processes, monitoring external employer workforce trends, and leveraging these for sourcing.
Managing Employee Wellness to increase organisational effectiveness by establishing, promoting and increasing the psychological well-being of the employees and their families through remedial, preventative and health promotional interventions.
Oversee the implementation of multiple HR initiatives at BU and Corporate Centre and ensure that activities remain within the defined resource parameters and success criteria.
Responsible to develop, implement and maintain organisation-wide initiatives that contribute to the delivery of people and organisational development strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans
**Required Certification**:
**Qualifications**:
Relevant 3-year Degree/ Diploma (NQF level 6 or higher)
**Experience**:
7 Years relevant experience, of which 2 years Managerial experience
**Special Requirements**:
Availability after hours
Willingness to travel
