We are searching for a successful Assistant Front Office Manager who will assist in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the department through prompt, effective, and proper reservation service. Assist with supervising and general Job Performance
of reservation, switchboard, reception, and night staff. Implementing policies and procedures, training, responsibility, and performing any other duties might requested by the Front Office Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

- Grade 12/Matric
- A tertiary Qualification in Hospitality management is preferred
- 2 Years+ Hospitality Industry experience level.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Hotel reception operations is required
- Intermediate to high computer literacy.
- Proven Opera knowledge and experience is essential
- Proven MS Office experience
- Work co-cooperatively with others in the team.
- Have a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
- Positive Performance record.
