Requirements
- A National diploma or First degree relevant to Property
Management or Law
- 2 to 3 years’ conveyancing/property experience
- Knowledge of property legislation and the property industry
- Computer literacy (MS Office packages)
- Knowledge of PTMS will be advantageous
- A valid Code B/EB driver’s licence.
Key Performance Areas
- Draft reports to be submitted for approval by Council
- To assist with functional specific training and control and general
leadership
- To adhere to Section and Department communication strategy
- To provide immovable property advice
- Correlating, monitoring compliance with and reporting on
