- Conveyancing
**Requirements**:
- Relevant 3-year tertiary qualification preferably a B-Degree or
National Diploma within a Property Management or Legal related
field
- Up to 2 years relevant experience required
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Excellent verbal and drafting skills.
- Computer Proficiency: MS Office
Key Performance Areas
property, i.e. Draft reports for consideration by the executive
authority; responding to comments, objections and enquiries during
public participation; drafting agreements of sale; liaising with
proceeds of sale.
- Adhering to Section and Department communication strategy in
order to ensure accurate dissemination of information and ensure
adequate service delivery through efficient workflow.
- Providing immovable property information in order to ensure
accurate information dissemination and timeous responses to queries
and improve performance.
- Assisting with processes and resources in order to obtain information
and then analyse and interpret the information in order to generate
reports to management.
- Assisting with the processes and resources to ensure proper
implementation of a Council resolution and approvals by delegated
authorities and ensure that the transaction complies with the MFMA
and the Policy on the Management of Council’s Immovable
Property.
