**Dynamic Rental Agent Wanted - Join Our Growing Property Team**

Need a change of scenery. Are you a motivated and energetic property professional with a passion for people and a flair for securing new business? We’re looking for a **Rental Agent** who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with a dynamic, results-driven team.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Proactively source and secure **new rental mandates and place new tenants.**:

- **Manage a portfolio** of rental properties efficiently and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong **relationships with landlords and tenants**.
- Deliver **exceptional customer service** at every step of the rental process.
- Work collaboratively with the broader rental team to meet targets and grow our presence.

**What You Bring**:

- Proven ability to **generate leads and close deals** in the rental market.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Strong **organizational abilities** and attention to detail.
- A passion for **relationship-building** and delivering value to clients.
- Experience in property rentals or real estate of at least 1 year.
- NQF 4 / PDE 4 Qualification with valid FFC.
- Reliable vehicle, laptop and cellphone.
