Our office chemistry is fun and supportive. Our principal and mentors are very hands on and dedicate ourselves to promoting and helping our fellow agents in achieving their goals and being successful.

We have a support structure that handles all aspects of managing the rentals, your responsibilities will be to list the rental properties and show to prospective tenants, as well as drafting lease agreements and conducting inspections and arranging maintenance.

All vetting and finance done by our admin office.

**What we are looking for**:

- Fluent in Afrikaans and English
- Resides in Brackenfell, Durbanville or surrounding areas.
- Must have own laptop and transport.
- Be a great team player.
- Self driven and hard working.
- Always act with integrity and honesty.
