**ADMIN ASSISTANT VACANCY**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assisting with the switchboard
- Answering the reception doorbell
- Booking outgoing orders with our couriers via an electronic portal
- Sorting delivery notes and invoices
- Keeping neat filing systems where required to do so
**-**Capturing clockings information in Excel
- Capturing weekly wage deductions information in Excel
- Data capturing in QuickEasy
- Distributing payslips to factory staff
- Assisting in the factory in between admin tasks
- Checking that supplier invoices have been correctly stamped and signed by goods receiving dept
- Capturing factory timesheets
- Posting supplier invoices
- Capturing Purchase orders and liaising with suppliers
- Ordering office stationery and consumables
- Labelling files and boxes when necessary
- Updating client job spreadsheets in Excel
- Assisting with any other reasonable requests
In-house training will be provided for all tasks
**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with colleagues, suppliers, and transporters.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
Pay: R5 000,00 per month
