_**We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. In this important role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods within our warehouse. Your key responsibilities will include**:_
- Ensure that stock is available, stored correctly, and dispatched according to instructions and requirements, including compliance with external audit standards from various customers and suppliers.
- Receive all stock according to purchase orders (PO), verify that the stock matches the invoices, label the stock appropriately, pack it in designated areas, and submit signed invoices to administration.
- Ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders.
- Prepare floor plans, stock take files, and mark storage bins according to the floor plans. Maintain general store readiness and ensure that housekeeping standards in all warehouses are upheld to the highest level.
- Liaise with the Buying Department for container pickups, ensure efficient unpacking, and verify stock against packing lists.
- Check the validity of licenses and Professional Driving Permits (PDPs) twice a year, delegate tasks to subordinates, ensure all vehicle servicing is conducted on schedule, keep vehicles clean both inside and out, and maintain records of vehicle usage.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- Grade 12/Matric certificate
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience.
- Valid Code B or EB driver’s license with PDP (C1 license is advantageous).
- Strong experience in receiving and dispatching.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
