One of SA’s Largest Investment companies is looking for a Human Capital Coordinator to join their Human Capital team. The role will be responsible for assisting the Human Capital team with the coordination and administrative assistance of our Human Capital management processes.

**Qualifications& Experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Industrial Psychology / Human Resources / Social Sciences
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Financial Services experience in an HC related role will be highly beneficial
- Workday knowledge and experience (compulsory)

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
HR Administration
- Facilitate the end-to-end administration of all employment related matters which could include but not limited to:

- Contract management, query management, payroll administration, employee profile changes, etc.
- Employment contract changes
- Co-ordinate travel arrangements when required
- Facilitate the processing of invoices (MIE, Agency, Psychometric Vendors, Travel,
- etc.)
- Diary management for Human Capital Executive (HCE)
- Build collaborative relationships with the Remuneration and Payroll Team

Workday Administration
- Be central point of contact for all Workday queries
- Manage and resolve daily Workday queries
- Keep abreast of Workday updates, new initiatives and overall improvements
- Ensure full understanding of Workday processes to streamline HC value chain

HR Value Chain
- Administration and co-ordination in respect of Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Recruitment, Culture and Reward

Learning & Development
- Working knowledge of skills development and how it impacts an organisations scorecard
- Assist HCE with input for all Skills Development and related learning, including the development of Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Plan

Recruitment Process
- Posting of job adverts via online recruitment system (Workday)
- Co-ordinate the scheduling of interviews
- Co-ordinate the scheduling of psychometric assessments with assessments centre

Onboarding
- Compiling HR welcome packs for new employees and assist employees with the timeous completion thereof
- Assist with sending out business communication regarding new joiners
- Ensure that the new joiners attend all new employee experience inductions (i.e. cluster and Group Inductions)
- Responsible for the submission of new employee paperwork for payroll
- Responsible for ensuring that all new employees’ outstanding documents are submitted to payroll within one month post the start date
