- Accuracy and diligence are key ingredients of this job function
- Flair for figures with accounting knowledge and experience essential
- Experience handling rental accounting will be an advantage
- In-house training will be provided on our custom rental management accounting software.

- Please note this position entails accounting and administrative work at the office and afterhours site visits to properties
- Drivers licence and own reliable vehicle essential
- Starting salary to be discussed, comprising of a basic salary plus commission.
- Overtime and petrol re-imbursement also applicable where relevant
