Starting immediately Retail Store manager for Clothing and Jewellery Boutique
- **Managing all aspects of the store**: including team leadership, casuals, general admin, visual merchandising.
- **Customer service**: Set customer service standards, resolve complaints, and ensure staff is trained to provide excellent service.
- **Inventory management**: Monitor stock levels, order new merchandise, and manage inventory to ensure the store has enough products to meet customer demand.
- **Sales and targets**: Set and meet sales targets, and motivate staff to do so.
- **Financial management**: Create and manage the store's budget, monitor expenses, and ensure the store meets its financial goals. Sales Tracking and reporting.
- **Hiring and training**: Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff.
- **Problem solving**: Identify problems quickly and find effective solutions.
- **Communication**: Communicate with a wide range of customers and team members daily.
- **Health and safety**: Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation.
- **Promotional materials**: Prepare promotional materials and displays.
- Liaise with the owners, stockists etc.
- Store to be kept clean and tidy.

Other duties include: Overseeing pricing and stock control. Maximizing profitability, Facilitating customer returns for damaged products, and Ensuring that all departments in the store are functioning properly. Store managers should have leadership talent, communication skills, understanding of the product range, and business acumen.

Once Target is reach %commission is earned, We want a highly motivated sales person for this managerial position.
