Role Description

The Store Manager will ensure efficient daily operations of our Stellenbosch location. Key responsibilities include overseeing store performance, managing a team, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves achieving sales goals, training and motivating staff, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

  • Strong team leadership and management skills, including staff supervision and training.
  • Experience in retail operations, inventory management, and achieving sales targets.
  • Customer service expertise with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of merchandising and visual presentation techniques.
  • Organizational skills and ability to manage a dynamic retail environment effectively.
  • Proficiency in using retail software and basic computer applications.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a fast-paced, in-person role.
  • Previous retail management experience and a passion for fashion are highly desirable.
