- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR or relevant role
- Experience with HR software
- Experience in MEIBC and Sage300 will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
