Established concern within the retail sector has a vacancy at their Head Office for an HR Administrator to join their team.
**Main purpose of the job**:
Duties and responsibilities:
- HR Administration such as activating of new employees a processing terminations and resignations
- Doing all IR and HR crim check
- Checking of onboarding packs and distribute
- Updating and capturing of contracts
- Recruitment and retention of staff
- Reviewing and capturing of all warnings.
- Work place skills plan, filing and compiling training registers and capturing thereof
- Provide admin support on new projects
- Assisting with Reception relief duties
- Maintain and creating post on Training & Development Teams channel
- Save and file new training resources on Teams channel
- Booking of training venues as per yearly training calendar
- Updating and maintaining SharePoint Training calendar
- Assisting All employees with any training queries
**Requirements**:
- Min Grade 12
- HR Qualification ESSENTIAL
- 2 Years relevant experience working in the private sector
