**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in accordance with FSSC 22000 requirements.
- Coordinate internal and external audits to assess compliance with food safety policies and regulations.
- Facilitate corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food safety protocols.
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on food safety principles and practices.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FSSC 22000 certification-related matters.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Food Science, Food Safety, or related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Certification as an FSSC 22000 Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety management principles and hazard analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
