**Position Objective**
The Sales Executive will explain our products and convince or advise the clients on how a product is beneficial in terms of cost and efficiency for the clients business, whilst considering the whole basket of goods to ensure the best Payment Solution is offered to the client. The main task is to increase the revenue for the organisation by identifying opportunities and closing sales through communication.
**Key Performance Areas**
**Sales Maximisation**
- Identification of potential clients and industries opportunities
- Identification of client needs and assessment of the possibilities
- Direct clients in solutions best suited to their organisation
- Follow up with the clients with additional information on product
- Close the sale through telephonic conversation or formal meeting
- Keep a track of the potential clients and their requirements
- Align each opportunity with the Profitability Ratios
**Customer Services**
- Address all complaints of the clients and
- Assist and guide clients with all the required knowledge of the services and goods
- Ensure premium level of client satisfaction
**Business Acumen**
- Know our business and industry intimately
- Independent observation of trends, news and event relating to all aspects of our and clients industry
**Administration**
- Ensure organisation sanctioned documentation is being used through the sales process
- Manage the NDA’s and agreements through to signature
- Manage the financial aspect of the agreement in terms of payment dates and invoices
- Manage client information to ensure accuracy and privacy as per POPI and our Privacy policy
**Role Pre requisites**
**_Experience_**
Payment Solutions experience, Experience in the Financial Services Industry, Quick understanding of complex processes and analytical skills; Strong customer services experience; Strong sales experience

**_Qualifications_**
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification advantageous
