Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with tact and diplomacy.
**Sales Support**:
Promote lodge services, packages, and special offers to maximize revenue opportunities.
Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell lodge amenities and experiences.
**Data Management**:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and guest information.
Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Proven experience in reservations or a related customer service role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel management software.
