Junior Reservationist

As Junior Reservationist, you will be responsible for handling reservation requests from travel agents, tour operators, and direct guests. You will manage booking platforms, communicate with lodge teams, and ensure a smooth and efficient booking process. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail.

Proven experience in reservations, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment
Comfortable working with travel agents, tour operators, and direct guests
Proficiency in using reservation systems (experience with ResRequest advantageous)
Strong communication and administrative skills
Calm under pressure, team-oriented, and organised
