**Purpose of this role**:
At Vue School, we are looking for a talented Performance Specialist to join our team. As a Performance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of ad campaigns and optimizing their performance. Your main objectives will include managing ad operations efficiently, updating and organizing campaign performance reports, and ensuring accurate reporting of conversions to ad platforms.

**Objectives of this role**:

- Lean management of ad operations and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Organize and keep campaign performance reports updated.
- Make sure accuracy for reporting conversion/conversion values to the ad platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for efficiency and effectiveness of KPIs.
- Keep evaluating campaign structuring options and improving for efficiencies.
- Organize and keep updating creative performance reports and come up with suggestions to optimize for better results.
- Optimise banner and other related creative to maximise performance and placement.
- Use the maximum possible ad platform features to optimize campaigns.
- Grow affiliate traffic
- Source additional, favorable media placements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the line manager to understand and maintain focus on managing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the content and creative department for campaign readiness.
- Launch campaigns and keep the team informed about performance and optimizations.
- Keep analytics and attributions intact and work between tracking tools and ad platforms.
- Develop and maintain creative performance reports, to be used for future campaigns as input and by the design team for improving performance.
- Make sure billings and payments are working seamlessly between ad platforms and finance.
- Coordinate with different teams and departments to ensure campaign readiness and launch.
- Create and manage reports for specific time intervals (days, week, month, quarters and year) or as requested on the go.
- Optimise all banner placements, regardless of the placement
- Manage audiences and segments on respective tools the company uses for communication with its customers.
- Identify, source, and manage the performance of affiliate traffic.
- Find and negotiate favorable media placements, including, but not limited to websites, newsletters, blogs and forums.
- Manage internal ad placements on Vue School-related properties

**Required skills and qualifications**:

- At least 4-6 years of experience in ad operations or digital marketing preferably in agency environment.
- Experience managing media placements
- Experience managing 3rd party affiliates
- Experience with lead generation software like Opt-in Monster, Convertbox, and similar.
- Have advertising experience in following is a must:

- Google Ads
- Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Reddit
- Excel skills, with an aptitude for learning other analytics tools
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools would be great.
- Experience in Ad Copywriting for Google Ads and Facebook.
- Experience working remotely, and independently, and being excellent in self-management
- Experience in advertising B2B and B2C services

**Advantageous skills and qualifications**:

- Strong SQL is advantageous
- Experience with subscription models
- Experience in the education sector
- Experience with Metabase or similar SQL-based BI / data visualization software
- Experience with Notion, Asana and Slack
