**Job Title**:Digital Acquisition & SEO Specialist

**The Role**:
As the Digital Acquisition & SEO Specialist across all brands, you will be responsible for the creation, management, optimization, and reporting across all paid media channels, across all brands. In addition, you will assist in SEO activities, ensuring a comprehensive digital presence.

To be successful, you must be able to perform the below duties day-to-day:

- Build, manage, and optimize campaigns across all paid channels, specific to each brand and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and SEO opportunities, using insights to inform paid and organic strategies.
- Understand the various target audiences, their motives, and conversion pathways, enabling you to deliver the right message, at the right time, on the right paid platform, while also assisting in SEO efforts. Retargeting and A/B testing are imperative.
- Possess strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to translate insights into actionable paid media plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing Executives, Creatives, CRM, and social teams to produce cohesive strategies and ensure alignment.
- Adapt to fast-paced and dynamic environments, managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Provide comprehensive monthly reporting leading to actionable insights.
- Manage creative briefs, feedback, and content delivery for implementation.
- Brief and test landing pages for paid campaigns.
- Implement required tracking to ensure accurate goal reporting.
- Perform daily optimization across all paid campaigns.
- Effectively monitor budget to prevent overspend.
- Report to the Digital Implementation Manager.

**Further Info**:
The Digital Acquisition Specialist is a mid-level position responsible for planning and implementing paid media efforts across all the ICG brands. This role requires you to be a strategic thinker and planner, with a data-driven approach to all decisions. You will need to be a strong collaborator as you will be working with various stakeholders across all of the brands. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta ads, YouTube, and SEO is essential.
