Are you passionate about coffee and baked goods? Do you thrive in a vibrant, team-oriented environment? Motherdough in Franschhoek is looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team

**Position**: Barista
**Location**: Motherdough, Franschhoek
**Working Hours**: Starting shifts at 6 AM, including regular weekend availability

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and non-coffee beverages with care and precision
- Pack and sell our delicious baked goods
- Toast panini and heat pastries to perfection
- Collaborate with your teammates to maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting shop atmosphere
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves
- Answer customer inquiries and share information about our products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the shopping experience
- Ensure all food and drink items are presented beautifully and consistently
- Provide exceptional service to our customers, creating a welcoming experience

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years Barista experience, formal training a plus.
- 2-3 years experience in a café or food service environment
- Resident in the Franschhoek valley
- Must have reliable transportation to commute to the store. Own vehicle and drivers license will be an advantage.
- Ability to work early shifts starting at 6 AM and commit to regular weekend work
- Team player with a positive attitude, good communicater and a strong work ethic
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

**Salary**: Competitive and based on experience

Pay: Up to R10 000,00 per month
