**Responsibilities**: - Controlled administration of Trade Allowances & Fixed Rebate Spend > Accountable - Trade Allowance validation reports communication & value add to Business / Finance - Interpret trading terms > Executing actions - Internal, External and SARS audits > Accountable & Executing Actions - Providing Training to Team on Fixed Rebate Spend processes & procedures > Executing Actions - Continuous improvement to enhance the quality of outputs > Executing Actions - Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures (CRM, BI & SAP) - Executing Actions - Compile weekly & monthly reporting - Executing Actions - Compile monthly Rebate Validation Reporting on open balances - Compile sales reports on BI & WBS Budgets and calculate fixed rebate payable and ensure accurate Fixed Rebate Spend provision - Compile WBS Budget and maintained rebate agreements summary for area of responsibility - Administer customer requests and enquiries - Establish and maintain Internal Customer relationship Qualifications: - Matric but a tertiary qualification in either Business Management / Finance would be advantageous - Commercial & Financial Acumen within an FMCG environment with a minimum of 2 years Sales Administration experience - Systems and Process Orientation - Accuracy & attention to detail - Ability to work under pressure - Proficient with figures - Strong work ethic - MS Office literate with intermediate to advance Excel skills - SAP & BI knowledge - Good communication skills. - Team Player Attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Provide initiative & take - Do planning & organising well and manage your time. - Problem Solving Skills **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"
