**Position Overview**: You are responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of delivery notes and invoices, coordinating various office functions, and supporting financial tasks. This role involves daily, weekly, and monthly duties that contribute to smooth office operations and effective financial management.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring received stock matches orders.
- Input and generate invoices, verifying that prices match those from suppliers.
- Maintain up-to-date and organized files and records for different suppliers.
- Track spending on store and credit cards, and assist with recording cash-ups.
- Assist with stock counts to ensure records are accurate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Enter data to maintain accurate records of stock.
- Assist in monthly stock counting
**Working Conditions**:
- Working days: Monday - Friday
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays if needed.
**Preferences**:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Matric qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Age between 22 - 35 years
- Female
- Ability to speak Xhosa, Zulu and Shona
