We are national plant rental company.

We are requiring the skills of a very skilled maintenance manager.

His core responsibilities will be:

- Purchase Orders and Criticial stock management
- Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles
- Ordering urgent or emergency repairs as needed
- Coordinating Drivers and on-staff maintenance staff
- Managing vehicle licenses and registration
- Monitoring Drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices
- Searching for, hiring and training new Drivers
- Providing reports to management on budgeting, schedules, maintenance and fleet progress
- Developing methods to decrease cost and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

- He must have a valid drivers license
- Trade Tested Hydraulic / Diesel or Earthmoving mechanic
- Matric or higher education
- Technical drawing or understand technical mechanical drawings

**Skills**:

- Must have a firm mechanical grasping and provide mechanical assistance when required.
- Perform mechanical assessments on yellow machines
- DIAGNOSE AND ASSESS mechanical problems on Hydraulics, Diesel Engines, and Transmissions
