An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assitant/Administer to join a Real Estate company. You will provide administrative and secretarial support. You will be responsible for updating current CRM and related administrative responsibilities + contract preparation + client liaison

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Create and manage CRM workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Handle incoming and outgoing client communication.
- Conduct research and gather information for various projects.
- Maintain confidential records and files.
- Handle ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years experience in Real Estate or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Drive and tools.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- CRM management experience is a bonus
