Job overview:
My client in the steel manufacturing industry, is looking for a Personal Assistant/Administrator to join their team in Bellville South.

Responsibilities: (not limited to)
- Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Screening phone calls
- Managing a diary
- Organizing business meetings and appointments (if and when required)
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Filing, arranging meetings and taking minutes
- Relieves switchboard operator/receptionist
- Responsible for foreign payments
- Creditors clerk duties as required
- All basic administration duties

Skills, knowledge required:

- Well-organized, friendly and polite
- Efficient, fast and accurate,
- Attention to detail is essential and able to deal with difficult clients or customers
- Good computer skills - Business software such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Pastel, FS Cloud and PowerPoint
- Have polished communication skills, both verbal and written
- Working knowledge of Sage
- Grade 12 minimum
- Own transport ESSENTIAL
