We’re looking for a dynamic social media and admin assistant to join our unique team of creatives. Our small but powerful team specialises in brand development, web development, social media management and corporate copywriting. This position will afford you the opportunity to flourish in the creative space while assisting with the day-to-day administration of the business.

Job description

Basic administrative duties

Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
Typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Monthly Invoicing and Statements
Bank Recons
Copying, scanning, and sending documents, as well as taking notes.
Ordering office supplies and replacements, as well as managing driver ansd deliveries
Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Social media

Assisting with social media monthly reports
Monitoring social media accounts
**Requirements**:
