Administrator: Human Capital

**Job Purpose**
- To provide timeous administrative human resources support through the execution of set work objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures.
- This includes managing employee records, supporting recruitment processes, assisting in the administration of employee benefits, coordinating training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. The Human Capital Administrator will contribute to a smooth and organised HR operation by delivering timeous and accurate administrative support and ensuring a positive employee experience.
**Position Overview**:

The Human Capital Administrator will contribute to a smooth and organised HR operation by delivering timeous and accurate administrative support and ensuring a positive employee experience.
**Specific Role Responsibilities**:
**GENERIC JOB OUTPUTS**
**PROCESS**
- Plan for and administer human capital administrative tasks to support accurate employee data for management information.
- Assist in collecting data to reconcile reports and distribute to relevant stakeholders (accidents, disciplinary etc) to ensure data is available for decision ,making.
- Capture relevant information to ensure employee data is updated.
- Deliver on agreed perfomance targets according to set procedures and service level agreements.
- Execute work in line with governance and compliance processes.
- Plan and administer human capital task in support of accurate employee information.
- Populate recruitment documentation, submit for approval and advertise vacancies according to policies and procedures.
- Prepare, deliver and receive returned employee engagement documantation to ensure appointment of employees.
- Provide support across all the HR disciplines as required.
- Record and report on work activities to provide timely and accurate information for decision making in area of accountability.
**FINANCE**
- Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to maximise effeciencies and reduce unnecessary delays in achieving goals of the office.

- Deliver services and or/products that creates a culture which aims to meet or exceed customers' expectations in the business.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Minimum Experience**
1-2 years' experience in a similar environment.
**Minimum Qualification**
National Diploma or Higher certificate in Human Resource Management.
