Human Capital Administrator

IQbusiness is looking for a detail-oriented human capital administrator to be responsible for the planning and administration of our full human capital administration function, including but not limited to employee personnel administration, employee onboarding and offboarding and employee benefit programs. You will be working closely with our human capital and payroll departments to coordinate the daily administration tasks. You will also be responsible for all benefit related queries and resolving any benefit-related issues.
To be successful as a human capital administrator, you should have strong organisational skills and stay up-to-date with any and all information relating to the human capital processes and the company benefits on offer. You should also have strong interpersonal skills, be able to maintain meticulous records, and collaborate with other departments and external service providers.
**Key Responsibilities and/or output areas include, but are not limited to**:
- Create, maintain and update employee records and benefits files
- Administration of the full onboarding process
- Administration of the full offboarding process
- Coordinate daily benefits processing, including enrollments, terminations, and claims
- Advise and inform employees of the details of the company's benefit programs
- Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests within the stipulated timelines
- Resolve human capital administration issues and respond to queries and requests for information within the stipulated timelines.
- Collaborate with payroll and ensure that employer contributions and payroll deductions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with training, facilities, IT, HCBPs and other teams to ensure the seamless onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Maintain and create records, reports, and documentation in accordance with federal, state, and provider regulations.
- Maintain the Divock system with current and accurate information
- Responsible for all human capital administration related tasks within the stipulated timelines
- Treasurer of the Human Capital Social Committee
**Requirements**:
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft products, including MS Excel; experience with HRIS and benefits databases.
- Have working knowledge of the SAGE 300 People system
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a human capital administrator or in a similar role.
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and regulations.
- Be a team player.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, but also independently
- Ability to accept responsibility for all tasks done
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to function well under pressure.
