Our company in the steel industry (container conversions) is looking for a Junior Project Manager that is committed, hardworking and motivated individual to join the team. The Junior Project Manager's function is to plan project goals, drive projects and ensuring project resources are managed accordingly.

**Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to)**
- Plan, prepare and manage all project resources.
- Supervise on-site team and projects.
- Ensure project targets are met.
- Perform site inspections.
- Experience and knowledge within the steel industry is a prerequisite.
- Liaise with clients on the progress of sites.
- Ensure site has necessary consumable and manage consumables effectively.
- Ensures resources are used effectively so that maximum productivity is achieved.
- Ensure that correct standard operating procedures are adhered to.
- Manage all administrative processes as required.
- Submit progress reports to management.
- Manage timesheet and attendance records.
- Motivates team.
- Ensure that all machinery and equipment are checked to be safe and in good working order.
- Managing site safety files on project sites.
- Ensure staff adhere to Health and Safety regulations.

Skills & Abilities
- Matric Certificate or equivalent.
- Project management qualification.
- Drivers Licence.
- 3 or more years experience in Project Management or Site Supervision.
- Knowledge of Steel Industry
- Time management and organizational skills
- Report writing
- Project leadership skills
- Excellent standards in execution

**Experience**:

- Project management: 3 years (preferred)
