Part Time Personal Assistant

The Institution has a job opening for a **Part-Time Personal Assistant **to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The prime role of the Personal Assistant is to perform all administrative and office duties required by the CEO on a half-day basis (20-hours p/week).
**Position Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Manages the CEO’s personal and corporate diaries.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external stakeholders.
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinating meetings as required.
- Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, gathering and printing all necessary documents, and organizing refreshments.
- Make domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation arrangements for the CEO and executive team.
- Screening telephone calls, taking messages and responding to queries.
- Performing personal errands for CEO as required.
- Take minutes during executive meetings.
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
- Organize and maintain the filing system on SharePoint.
**Application Requirements**:
- A Bachelor's Degree in either Business Management, Business Administration or General BCom as a **pre-requisite.**:
- Able to perform the required duties for four (4) hours daily.
- 3 to 5 years work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Must have own and reliable transport.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality is crucial for this role.
- Considering that this is a part-time opportunity, the allocated budget is R8 500-R10 000 (Gross) and therefore non negotiable.
