Roles / Responsibilities & Job Description Greenmined Environmental (GE) is looking for a dedicated and reliable individual to assist with environmental monitoring activities on a part‑time basis. The successful candidate will be required to travel for one full week per month from Bloemfontein to various client sites across the Free State, Northern Cape and Eastern Cape. This position is best suited for an independent individual with strong time‑management skills, a passion for environmental compliance and the ability to work under minimal supervision. Minimum Requirements Must be based in Bloemfontein Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle Availability for the same one‑week period every month Physically fit and willing to travel extensively (long‑distance driving required) Good communication and administrative skills Environmental qualification (accreditation or degree/diploma) will be an advantage Must not be employed full‑time elsewhere Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Conduct routine environmental monitoring and site inspections Complete checklists and reports as per Greenmined standards Identify and document any non‑compliances or potential issues Liaise with on‑site personnel and report findings to Greenmined consultants Maintain neat records and submit reports within specified timeframes Ensure all monitoring visits are well‑coordinated and professionally executed REMUNERATION A part‑time salary will be paid Kilometres travelled will be reimbursed Accommodation costs covered when applicable Application Process If you have not received a response in terms of your application for this position within 5 days from the closing date of applications, please consider your application unsuccessful.
