A Lead Print on demand company seeks a versatile and experienced Social media, Marketing, and Graphic Design Specialist to join our team at our Head Office in Wynberg, Sandton.

This individual will be pivotal in shaping our social media presence, contributing to marketing campaigns, and creating visually captivating below-the-line advertisements.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Social media, Marketing, and Graphic Design Specialist your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including:
**Social Media Responsibilities**:
1. Advising on social media trends to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.

2. Developing and implementing effective social media strategies aligned with business objectives.

3. Creating compelling and exciting content across various social media platforms.

4. Monitoring the success of social media efforts and providing regular reports to track key performance metrics.

5. Generating long-term directions for our social media presence to foster growth and engagement.

**Marketing Responsibilities**:
Identifying and crafting primary media messages that resonate with our target audience.

Developing marketing goals and strategies that align with the company's vision and objectives.

Executing strategic marketing tasks and closely monitoring outcomes to ensure campaign success.

Preparing comprehensive reports and delivering marketing presentations to internal stakeholders.

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement brand management strategies.

**Graphic Design Responsibilities**:
Creating visually stunning graphics and designs for marketing materials and below-the-line advertisements.

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop concepts and design solutions communicating our brand message.

Ensuring consistency and quality in all design work, adhering to brand guidelines.

Keeping up to date with design trends and technologies to continually enhance our visual content.

**Required Qualifications, Skills, and Behaviours**:

- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field (advantageous).
- A proven track record of successful social media, marketing, and graphic design work.
- A thorough understanding of all major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent content creation and graphic design skills, with a talent for crafting engaging and visually appealing content.
- Deep knowledge of social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Strong project management knowledge and skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gauteng, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
