**Salary**: Base salary paid on targets Plus commission. Paid Monthly.

Location: South Africa (Johannesburg, Durban, Guateng, East London or Port Elizabeth)

Equipment: Must have your own computer

Our team is growing and we are looking to hire an experienced, ambitious marketing professional. You will be joining a successful, well-established and proven recruitment agency that prides itself in putting employees at the center of everything they do.

**What is the role?**
- Create short videos for prospects on LinkedIn
- Design social posts using Canva
- Manage social media profiles for recruiting/sales
- Write social posts for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and smaller platforms
- Collaborate with the team to optimize messaging and/or improve processes
- Update reports with activities and results
You will be creating videos, outreach messages, and basic graphics (Canva) to drive engagement with our brand as well as create leads, and book calls for our recruiting team. We take personalization to the next level with the use of video messaging and LinkedIn videos - this means the ideal person should love the stage and not hesitate to be “on” camera You’ll also engage in our social media calendar, support our fabulous team of recruiters with sourcing and logistics, support business development/lead generation initiatives and other exciting content creation.

With this role, you’ll have many opportunities to learn skills in different areas whether that be automation, social media, recruitment or events management - we have plenty of avenues which makes this role so unique We’re also a start up - so we’re all owners in our own outcomes You get out of this what you want to put in

Qualifications:

- Experience in SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT for business; especially the use of LinkedIn
- An understanding of the recruitment industry
- Experience designing social posts using Canva
- Experience creating video content for niche groups
- Track record of engaging users on 1 or more platforms
- Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn, Canva, and Loom (or similar)
- Quick learner, resourceful and collaborative
- Proficiency in using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Slack
- Familiarity with social sharing platforms such as HubSpot or HootSuite
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Portfolio or list of work samples
- Internet research/list-building experience
- Self driven, works well in a small, remote team
