Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketer & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, online advertising, and digital campaign development, with a strong ability to plan, execute, and track marketing activities across various platforms. While also producing visually compelling content that aligns with our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company's social media pages and online presence.
  • Create engaging content, advertisements, and promotional material aligned with company objectives.
  • Design visually compelling graphics, banners, and layouts for digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website updates.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain the company's website updates.
  • Collaborate with management to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising, or social media management.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and online analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative design skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Portfolio or examples of previous digital marketing and design work will be an advantage.
  • No formal qualification required, practical experience and results are what matter most.
