**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Group CEO
- Efficiently manage and coordinate daily schedules, meetings, and appointments for the Group CEO.
- Arrange personal appointments for the CEO and family members, including medical visits.
- Organize both local and international travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation, and liaising with service providers.
- Coordinate payments and purchases as requested, working closely with the CEO’s personal banker when necessary.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, ensuring proper filing, printing, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- At least **3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant** to a CEO or senior executive.
- Matric and a relevant qualification in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly **MS Outlook**, and familiarity with office productivity tools.
- Advanced skills in **MS Teams, Zoom, JIRA**, and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
