**As a Retail Sales Associate, you will**:
1. Engage with customers.
2. Handle transactions.
3. Provide expert advice on our range of products.

Your role is vital in delivering an **exceptional in-store experience** at our brand new store on Long Street.

This role will be on a rotational shift basis as the store retail hours will be from 10:00 until 23:00.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience (2 - 3 years) in a retail environment in the cannabis or vaping industry _(preference will be given)_.
2. Retail counter sales experience _(advantageous)_
3. Familiarity with POS systems and cash management skills.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
7. Matric or equivalent qualification - Non negotiable
8. Clear criminal and/or ITC records _(background checks will be conducted as part of the recruitment process)_.
