We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team in Cape Town. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our retail environment. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Matric Certificate or NQF level 4 equivalent
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed
