**Retail Sales Assistant**:
**Location**:Port Elizabeth, South Africa

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays

- A passed Matric Certificate or NQF Level 4 equivalent

- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for sales

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise when required

- Knowledge of retail software and point-of-sale systems is an advantage
