**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock-taking and replenishment.
- Keep the store clean and tidy, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
- Participate in promotional activities and in-store events.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting tasks.
