**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services effectively, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Use sales techniques to overcome objections and secure sales agreements.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Document all interactions, sales activities, and customer information accurately on the system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with sales team and help in store when not outbound.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing roles preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Must be mature, persuasive and have a confident demeanor with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
