As an Estate Safety Officer, you will carry out fire alarm and emergency lighting testing, site inspections and other compliance activities such as fire door inspection, to establish and maintain appropriate robust and reliable systems. You will be ensuring that our landlord’s obligations are met and our properties are compliant in meeting all appropriate regulatory and legislative requirements.

On a day to day basis, you will work closely with the Compliance Inspections Team Manager to ensure effective safety arrangements are in place. You will also act as an internal point of contact to advise and assist other managers/teams to shape future inspection programmes of work.

**This role is being offered on a full time, permanent basis and is field based. It comes with a company van and, therefore, a full valid driving licence is essential.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R26,000.00 - R36,000.00 per month
