We are recruiting for SAP Basis Support Consultant.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Daily system checks and system monitoring of the entire landscape.
- Project planning and project work.
- System Refreshes.
- Scheduling of background jobs.
- Logging of SAP calls.
- S-User Administration.
- System sizing according to SAP best practices.
- Audit compliance.
- User support calls.
- System integration.
- DR testing.
- SP upgrades.
- OS patch installation and reboots.
- Month end procedures.
- System troubleshooting.
- Provisioning of user access roles.
- Work closely with infrastructure server, network, ABAP, business and functional teams.
- Extended hours as and when required.
- Number of contracted hours required: 600 hours (SAP Basis & Authorization).
- The contract agreement shall remain in full force and effect until such time as the allocated support hours are fully exhausted.
- Support is required after hours including weekends.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years' experience as a BASIS Administrator.
- Working experience of SAP Authorizations.
- 3 Year tertiary qualification in Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems.
- SAP BASIS certification.

**Ideal**
- Bachelor of Information Technology.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
- SAP HANA Support, Technology and Installation (in memory database).
- SAP Solution Manager Certifications.
