This includes the upgrade from SAP ECC6 to S/4HANA (RISE Private Cloud) and the implementation of supporting systems such as SuccessFactors , GRC , and Ariba .The role will be responsible for the installation, configuration, upgrade, monitoring, and performance optimization of SAP environments across DEV , QA , and PROD landscapes, ensuring system stability, security, and availability.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform technical administration and support across the SAP landscape (S/4HANA, HANA DB, NetWeaver, etc.). Execute system installations, upgrades, patches, and configurations in line with SAP best practices. Monitor system performance and implement performance tuning and optimization. Administer SAP transport management, user management, and system monitoring activities. Manage SAP systems hosted on cloud platforms, particularly AWS, ensuring cloud readiness and efficiency. Ensure effective backup and recovery procedures, including high-availability and disaster recovery planning. Support SAP security administration including roles, authorizations, and compliance controls. Work across multi-tiered environments (DEV, QA, PROD) and collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, infrastructure, and application teams). Contribute to ongoing Basis process improvement and standardization efforts. Minimum Requirements5+ years of experience as an SAP Basis Administrator. Successfully delivered at least three (3) full-cycle SAP implementations in a Basis role. Hands-on experience with: SAP S/4HANA SAP HANA Database SAP NetWeaver Strong background in system installation, configuration, performance tuning, patching, and troubleshooting. Experience managing SAP systems in cloud environments (AWS preferred). Proficient in transport management, user administration, and system monitoring tools. Working knowledge of SAP high-availability configurations, backup/recovery, and DR strategies. Familiar with SAP security concepts, including user roles, profiles, and authorizations. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
