**Minimum requirements for the role**:

- Previous experience having worked in an operation or commercial or supply chain management or related role within a manufacturing company is essential for this role.
- Previous experience having managed a team of people within a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Previous management experience having worked within the plastic injection or roto moulding or related manufacturing industries is preferred but not essential.
- Managing and driving all the operations, supply chain and commercial aspects within this manufacturing company.
- Developing and managing appropriate operational targets.
- Managing and driving budgets and operational costs in alignment with budget targets.
- Developing and maintaining partnerships and relationships with customers and distributors.
- Maintaining maximum operational efficiency of the team to drive performance through training, mentoring, coaching, and motivating the team.
- Ensuring that optimum commercial structures are in place and managed efficiently.
- Integrating with other functional areas within the business to drive optimum production performance.
- Managing, driving and executing business objectives and strategies of the company.
- Developing relationships with senior key accounts within their markets.
- Managing and overseeing all contracts and agreements with customers and distributors in alignment with the companys strategy.
- Managing and overseeing quality and operations ensuring that the customer complaint reporting process is adhered to.
- Delivering cost savings by driving cost benefit and continuous improvement projects with key customers, as well as generating top line growth.
