We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to lead a team and drive manufacturing processes.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in optimizing the plastic injection moulding processes and developing a world-class production facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Process Optimization: Implementing efficient and streamlined processes within our factories to improve productivity, reduce lead times, and increase overall operational efficiency.
- Product Development: Collaborating with the product development team to ensure seamless integration of new products into the production process. You will work closely with R&D to understand product requirements, manufacturability, and scalability.
- Lean Strategies for Mould Setting Team: Developing and implementing new lean strategies and best practices for our mould setting team. You will drive quick and efficient mold changeovers, minimizing downtime, and enhancing productivity.
- State-of-the-Art Assembly Facility: Leading the transformation of our assembly facility into a state-of-the-art production center. You will identify and implement technological advancements and automation to optimize assembly processes and quality.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards by implementing robust quality control measures and overseeing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Budget Management: Managing budgets for the operations department and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all aspects of production.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with different departments such as Engineering, Supply Chain, and Sales to drive a cohesive and efficient production process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 7 years of experience in senior management within the plastic injection moulding industry.
- Expertise in Process Flow within a factory, Product Development, and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Proven experience in implementing lean strategies for mould setting teams and transforming assembly facilities.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing regulations, safety standards, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
