We are looking for a** Manager: IT Service Management Applications**

**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a technical implementation strategy to give effect to the company ITSM strategy and overall business objectives.
- Mange the deployment, maintenance and optimization of robust IT infrastructure, including data centers, cloud services, and network systems, to support global operations and scalability.
- Monitor and improve system reliability, availability and scalability to meet product and customer needs.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks related to IT Service Delivery Framework, ensuring robust disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place.
- Collaborate with business leadership, business units, and external partners to effectively and proactively enhance system reliability to ensure mínimal downtime and high system resilience

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- 5-8 Years experience in across different areas of IT Service Management and at least 3 years in a senior ITSM or similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- understanding of job-related concepts with specialization in some areas

**Specific & Business Knowledge Required**:

- ITSM Frameworks and practices; business process management; vendor management; asset management; cloud platforms; Infrastructure Management; IT Governance, security and risk management; service catalogues and service delivery management
- Service integration management; customer contract management; business strategy; technology strategy; product economics; technology cost allocation methodologies and practices.
