**Position: Enterprise Application Manager**
**Contract Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: 35K-55K
**Location**: Durban

This role provides solutions for the operational requirements of all business units, and departments, and facilitates the process of solving integrated operational and functional challenges in order to optimize operational efficiency in the organization. You will be accountable for the interpretation of business requirements into enabling technology solutions and ongoing improvement.
- Identify and embed the appropriate solution delivery methodologies for the organization.
- Embed Project Management methodologies in the IT function in order to enable the efficient delivery of solutions
- Review new and existing projects, systems design, and procurement/outsourcing
- Recommend, implement and interpret Applications policies and procedures and ensure all activities comply with company policies and procedures and applicable regulatory and statutory requirements
- Translate business practices and processes into architectures to enable the delivery of enabling technology solutions
- Develop and manage the implementation of ICT technology road maps aligned with the ICT and business strategy
- Assess, re-design or replace legacy systems, ensuring optimal operation during the migration process
- Promote IT business partnering in order to ensure deep insights on business requirements that enable the proactive development of enabling technology solutions
- Analyse and develop business improvements based on data analyzed, data collected, reviewed, and incorporated of all internal and external benchmarking data IT project design assumption
- Prepare business cases for projects and technology updates
- Support the development of business insight to enable effective IT support for all business enabling systems
- Define SLA between IT and departments/business units for the service expectations on supported IT platforms
- Develop and implement measures and programs to evaluate, analyse, and improve services and effectiveness organization-wide
- Develop and implement data warehousing and data integrity solutions
- Oversee the collection, modelling and archiving of Metadata

**Relevant skills and qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
- 6 years of relevant experience in ICT management in a corporate environment with 2 years in an ICT management role
- ICT Policy, Standards & Procedure Development
- ICT Enterprise
- Architecture Development,
- Application Systems Management,
- Innovation Management including 4IR and Automation

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: R35,000.00 - R55,000.00 per month
