We are currently looking for a **Senior Manager: Business Applications & User Enablement**
**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute tactical strategies to ensure the delivery and execution of Business Application & User Enablement services, supporting the organisation's broader internal technology strategy.
- Set standards and SLA for the provision and management of global office and desktop technology that enhance user productivity and satisfaction.
**Key Qualifications and Experience**:
- Relevant Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
**Specific & Business Knowledge Required**:
- Skilled in incidents, problems and change management processes.
- Extensive knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA) terms and conditions.
- Able to translate business unit strategies into portfolio plans.
- Motivate, empower, manage and grow people to achieve business objectives and support employee development.
- Directs approaches and activities to achieve business growth and profitability.
- Anticipate, recognise and meet the needs of internal and external customers, taking responsibility for maintaining the highest service standards and productive customer relationships
